The Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (the “Act”) requires that certain entities report on the measures they have taken during the fiscal year to prevent and reduce the risk that forced labour or child labour is used by them or in their supply chains.

Liberty and its directors, officers and other employees must comply with all applicable legal requirements of Canada and each other country in which Liberty conducts business.
